Marni MacLeod,

Client Services Coordinator

Marni is an experienced project manager, editor and technical communicator. She works with clients to help them define their marketing goals and identify projects appropriate to meet those goals. Marni is available to help clients generate marketing copy or to provide editorial guidance on copy for print and web based projects.

Marni is adept at locating the resources and information that clients need to fulfill their marketing objectives and regularly negotiates and manages client relationships with third party suppliers.

Marni also acts as the project coordinator within the agency to ensure the smooth flow of information among all parties working on a project and keeps projects moving forward.

Marni is a member of the Legal Marketing Association and currently contributes to that organization by participating on the Strategic Alliance Committee.

Marni has a B.A. (Honours) in Political Studies from Queen's University, an M.A. in Political Science from York University, and an LL.B from the University of Victoria Law School.

Before joining Skunkworks, Marni articled at a large downtown Vancouver law firm and then practiced at a Vancouver labour law boutique. She subsequently moved into legal research and writing, working for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia (CLE) as a contract legal editor and later established her own legal research consultancy.

Called to the British Columbia Bar in 1994, Marni remains a member of the Law Society of B.C. and continues to take on research and writing projects when time permits.
