Skunkworks worked with CML to create a campaign that would initiate a relationship with qualified candidates and the agency’s recruitment services. Swapping office for island life was never a difficult sell so Skunkworks gave this ‘hook’ a distinctive new feel. While not playing down the lifestyle perks, more emphasis was given to career and business opportunities enabling CML to distinguish their abilities from their competitors.
